  • 33:16 – In “A Place to Grow,” you have the opportunity to start working and really begin growing yourself and your business.  It needs to be a place where you’ll get development and growth opportunities.
  • 35:16 – To be a good “Place to Grow,” you need to have a good team culture and know that the people there are looking to help you succeed.
  • 37:19 – If you want to run a good place that will continue to grow, you need to cultivate a culture and team dynamic that develops people.  That way, you’ll attract top talent and that will continue to grow your business.
  • 39:15 – Ken starts to elucidate the practices that will help you succeed.  Start by building your “web of connections.”  Ask your personal connections to introduce you to people they know.
