Meet Dr. Phillip Zimmerman!

Dr. Zimmerman is a well seasoned entrepreneur in consulting, business, education, and coaching. His work ethic, application of learned skills, business acumen, and the grace of God created for him a multimillion dollar portfolio of personal assets with no debt by age 32.

Ten years later he took a break in his career path to pay forward to the next generation and became an educator of Millennial high school seniors. Here he learned of this brilliant technology oriented generation with high aspirational goals who held no allegiance to historic foundational footings in truth and justice.

He completed an organizational leadership doctorate program to help him understand the potential impact of this generation in the workplace and to envision how to best prepare the workplace for massive transformation.

Dr. Zimmerman, now an executive coach, helps business executives align, develop, and advance Millennial talent into key leadership roles following a workplace coaching program he developed and included in his book, Unleash the Millennials and Save the World.

Dr. Zimmerman launched a new podcast in July 2021 to help steer the culture in general back to the foundational principles of truth and justice. The podcast is entitled, Way of the Bible, and can be found on Apple Podcasts and other podcasting platforms.
