Podcast Episode 76 – What to do when your love for medicine fades – Dr. Ernesto Gutierrez

Episode 76 – My guest today is Dr. Ernesto Gutierrez. Dr. E is a physician from Spain, and he is a lifelong entrepreneur. He believes that physician entrepreneurship is the way out of our ill-managed healthcare system and so his mission, is to equip doctors and other healthcare professionals with the skills and strategies they need to succeed as healthcare entrepreneurs.
Today, we’re going to talk about to do when the love fades. What do you do when your love for a medical career isn’t as solid as it once was? Does it mean it’s time to leave medicine? Does it mean you need to stay and just change what you’re doing day to day? Well, we’re going to go through all of that in today’s conversation.
It’s an encouraging and empowering conversation. Even if you’re totally on fire for your career and are excited to get to work every single day, I still encourage you to listen. I guarantee that some of your colleagues, your partners, and your staff are feeling this burn, and the conversation may give you some tools that you need to help them address that. Dr. E has a big heart for doctors, and I’m excited to share this interview with you.
